Wow! The reaction to the Hannity and Colmes appearance is amazing! Thanks to the Easter Bunny supporters who took time to write to a blog that has a name that was too long to print on the TV screen. EasterBunnyDude learned from that one.
With attention peaking, now’s the time to turn up the heat and make sure that Walnut Creek city hall understands how its harebrained idea is making the city a national symbol of political correctness gone crazy.

I think that our country is going crazy!!! Why NOW is God and his whole being being cast aside? We wouldn’t even be here, if it weren’t for God. Now, we have people trying to do away with anything that MAY be related to God. Surely, the Easter Bunny has no real correlation to the true meaning of Easter.
Why should anyone protest a CHRISTmas tree or and EASTER Bunny. Why don’t these people worry about how wrong things in our world are getting for the children that have to live here after we’re gone… Where are the TRUE values and morals? People are being too ridiculously petty about the WRONG
things. Who cares if kids love a CHRISTmas tree or and EASTER BUNNY?
If you’re Jewish, celebrate your passover… If you’re African American, celebrate you kwanza…If you celebrate ramadon, by all means, celebrate, BUT, don’t try to change things that have been a part of our country for many years because YOU
say you’re offended, or it represents ONE religion. Our country is in a sad state.
I pray for our country all the time and everytime I hear the news, I know God is crying right along with me… God help us All!!!

Shouldn’t it really be, Walnut Creek ‘ fearing the Almighty God’, our Creator?
An Easter bunny tradition at Easter, a Santa Claus, hearts @ Valentine’ day, green on St. Pat’s day, fireworks on the 4th….all of these traditions have not ever hurt anyone, and have provided fun memories for all adults! Guess the group who did this had bad, bad, childhoods….no fun, that is so sad!
